Oookay... - Jessica
So, as you can tell, this comic basically throws the monkeys into totally random situations that also develop their personalities. Continuity, schmotinuity. Joe does all of the drawing (although I can fumble around in Photoshop enough to help out), but mostly I'm just the co-writer and editor. This means I occasionally look up from my homework/book/TV/video game and tell Joe what I like/dislike about a panel. I'm not a total slacker though! I do all the website maintenance, even though it's pretty basic. Look, I know CSS sorta! Wheeeee!
Right, so I'm also the peep who has to figure out how to advertise "Bananas Gone Monkey." Wargh. I thought this was supposed to be fun! Oh well, I can only cross my fingers and hope for some insane deal from Google for billions and billions of dollars, even though the site doesn't actually have any revenue potential. Why have you forsaken me, Google! WHY!!! *shakes fists angrily at the sky*
In other random news/stuff going on in our lives, we just went and saw "The Departed." Fun times, although not quite as depressing of an ending as the Chinese original.
A Vision in my Mind - Joe
Monkeys + World War 2 Trench Warfare. Like peanut butter and chocolate. My second comic and the last(?) of the extremely long format. I think I'll break up long story comics into parts or just learn to write/draw with a faster pace. Damn, I have no editor. (Jessica: Hey, I'm the editor!)
